SPR# SKJI9XANW3 - This fix addresses an issue reported by a 3rd party archival system consuming a remotely journaled messaged. Space characters in the X-$JournalRecipients item was identified as the problem. Now, when the Router forwards a message to a user in another notes domain, the recipient value generated will no longer have spaces between the users distinguished name, the @, and the notes domain.
